By accessing and using dixismedispa.com, or by booking any service with Dixi’s MediSpa (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

Dixi’s MediSpa provides professional aesthetic services, including:

  • Laser hair removal

  • Dermaplaning

  • Facial treatments

  • Skin rejuvenation services

All services are provided at our location in Shreveport, Louisiana, and results may vary based on individual conditions.

3. Appointments and Booking

  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information when booking

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance allow the deposit to be transferred to a future appointment

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will result in loss of deposit

  • Rescheduling is permitted with proper notice (minimum 24 hours)

5. Payments

  • Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated

  • We accept approved payment methods available at our location

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

6. Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Completed services are non-refundable due to the nature of aesthetic treatments

  • Prepaid packages and promotional offers are also non-refundable

7. Medical Disclaimer

Our services, including laser hair removal and skincare treatments, are non-invasive cosmetic procedures and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Disclosing relevant medical history

  • Following pre- and post-treatment instructions

Results are not guaranteed and may vary.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Skin reactions or results that vary due to individual conditions
