  • If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit remains valid and can be applied to a future appointment

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or fail to show up, the deposit will be forfeited

4. Rescheduling Policy

We allow flexibility when needed:

  • Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty if requested more than 24 hours in advance

  • Your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date

5. Service Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, including laser hair removal, dermaplaning, and facial treatments in Shreveport, we do not offer refunds on completed services.

Results may vary depending on individual skin types and conditions.

6. Prepaid Packages or Promotions

  • All prepaid packages, memberships, or promotional services are non-refundable

  • These may be transferable or eligible for credit at our discretion

7. Late Arrivals

  • Clients arriving late may have their service time reduced or may need to reschedule

  • In some cases, the appointment may be considered a no-show, resulting in loss of deposit
