Signature Lips by Dixi™

It's my own approach to lip enhancement, built around a simple idea: your lips should enhance your beauty, not overpower it. I use a hyaluronic acid-based filler and place it with a technique inspired by the vertical, structure-focused method often called "Russian lips" — instead of just plumping the lips outward, I focus on lift, definition, and balance, so the shape looks intentional rather than just bigger.

Traditional lip filler is usually injected horizontally to add volume evenly across the lip. With Signature Lips by Dixi™, I place the filler vertically, in smaller amounts across more points, concentrating volume at the center and the Cupid's bow. The result is a softer, more lifted, heart-shaped shape rather than a uniformly "puffy" look — I'm sculpting height and definition, not just size.

I apply a numbing cream about 15–20 minutes before we start, and because Signature Lips by Dixi™ places filler more superficially (just a millimeter or two deep), most of my clients find it more comfortable than they expect — even with the extra injection points this method uses.

Plan on about 30–45 minutes total. It takes a little longer than a standard lip filler appointment because I'm working point by point to shape and mold the lips carefully rather than just injecting and moving on.

Yes — you'll see the lift and shape change immediately. There will be some swelling at first, so keep in mind your final, settled result usually shows itself within about a week, once any swelling and bruising has fully resolved.

Very minimal. Mild swelling and light bruising for one to four days is normal and expected — I recommend ice, avoiding straws, skipping makeup on the lips for the first few hours, and not touching or massaging the area while it settles. Most of my clients go right back to their regular routine the same day.

Typically 9 to 12 months, though this varies based on your metabolism, the product we use, and how your body absorbs it. I'll help you plan touch-up timing so your lips stay consistently balanced rather than fading unevenly.

Most healthy adults are great candidates, especially if you have naturally thinner or asymmetrical lips and want more shape and lift rather than just added bulk. If you have a history of cold sores, are on blood thinners, or have had significant previous filler work, I'll want to go over that in your consultation first to plan the safest approach.

Depending on the product, placement, and how it's aged, we may build Signature Lips by Dixi™ around your existing results, or in some cases recommend dissolving first so we can start with a clean, precise foundation.

As with any filler treatment, temporary swelling, bruising, and tenderness are the most common side effects. More serious risks like infection or vascular complications are rare, and they're minimized significantly by working with an experienced, trained injector who understands facial anatomy — which is exactly the care I bring to every Signature Lips by Dixi™ treatment plan.
